At Bachiller, we are proud to have designed and manufactured a new complete installation for the food industry.
This is a turnkey project developed for the production of food creams and emulsions for a leading national client.
The installation consists of:
🔹 2 BACHMIX-R mixers of 2,000 L equipped with HRB rotor-stator emulsifier in recirculation and adjustable GAP
🔹 2 melters of 1,000 L for phase and premix preparation
🔹 CIP system with 1,500 L and 1,000 L tanks
The installation enables controlled preparation of premixes, as well as fat and aqueous phases, optimizing their subsequent incorporation into the main emulsification process.
The core technology of the solution lies in the combination of the Helix-type helical agitator with the HRB rotor-stator emulsification system in recirculation, allowing both internal and external homogenization with adjustable GAP.
This configuration ensures high dispersion and shear efficiency, achieving fine and stable emulsions even in high-viscosity products with complex rheological behavior.

And they will use our Supramix for the mixing. This mixer with spiral in cantilever is especially indicated for the mixing and industrial homogenization of powdery products with similar granulometry in short times, respecting the morphology of the products and with a total discharge.
