[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bachiller has successfully delivered a new 3,770 m\u00b2 Falling Film Evaporator<\/strong> to a German engineering company<\/strong> specialized in the design and construction of chemical projects and plants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This piece of equipment is part of a bigger set composed of the heat exchanger<\/strong><\/a>, a 42 m\u00b3 Centrifugal Separator, a 64 m\u00b2 Surface Condenser and several Vapour Ducts. All made of 316L Stainless Steel.<\/p>\n

The loading process was really exciting due to the high length of the piece of equipment that required the support of an extra crane and exceptional long transport.<\/p>\n

Bachiller designs and manufactures all kinds of tailor-made shell and tube heat exchangers, according to the main international mechanical design codes, using the ultimate design software and according to the particular specifications of the client.<\/p>\n

The most common applications are aftercoolers, boilers, catalyst reactors, concentrators, condensers, coolers, double sheet exchangers, evaporators NH3, exchangers for liquids \u2013 gas, heaters, preheaters, reboilers, reflux condensers, sublimators, vacuum evaporators and vaporizers.<\/p>\n

Our construction materials are austenitic stainless steels, super austenitic stainless steels, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys and superalloys, titanium and cladding.<\/p>\n
