\"Vertical<\/p>\n

At Bachiller<\/strong>, we have completed the manufacturing of a new SUPRADRY SDV-025 vertical vacuum dryer<\/strong>, which will soon be delivered to a well-known national company in the chemical industry.<\/p>\n

This compact unit, with a useful volume of 2,500 liters<\/strong> and fully built in AISI 316L<\/strong>, has been specifically designed for drying high-density organic salts<\/strong>. Due to the product’s characteristics, the equipment required a high-torque mechanical design<\/strong> to ensure optimal agitator performance.<\/p>\n

Before proceeding with the design and manufacturing, pilot trials were conducted at our Test Center in Parets del Vall\u00e9s<\/strong>, where it was confirmed that the vertical dryer was the most efficient solution from both a thermal and mechanical<\/strong> perspective. These trials also allowed us to accurately scale the equipment<\/strong> based on the customer\u2019s actual production needs.<\/p>\n

This project once again highlights the importance of validating each process under real conditions<\/strong> before building the final equipment, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.<\/p>\n
