by Bachiller for our customer, a Portuguese <strong>fine chemicals<\/strong> company.\u00a0The installation is composed of 2 <strong>Bicuum<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bachiller.com\/vacuum-dryers\/double-cone-vacuum-dryer-bicuum\/\">double cone vacuum dryers<\/a><\/strong>) of 1,000L each, 1 hydrogenator, 2 vacuum skids and 3 heating skids.<\/p>\n<p>During the tests, we were able to verify the <strong>efficiency and effectiveness of the equipment<\/strong>, which is now ready to be delivered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE EQUIPMENT<\/strong><br \/>\nThe <strong>Bicuum<\/strong> by Bachiller is a <strong>double-cone rotary drum vacuum dryer<\/strong>, suitable for ultra-vacuum drying of all types of moist, crystalline and amorphous <strong>thermo-sensitive products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Bicuum vacuum dryer<\/strong> consists of a fully heated and insulated drum, which rotates at low speeds while being subjected to a strong vacuum, which continuously renews the product in contact with the hot walls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical simplicity, low maintenance required.<\/li>\n<li>Full tightness.<\/li>\n<li>The very low weight of the product \u2013 power consumption ratio.<\/li>\n<li>Easy to clean and inspect.<\/li>\n<li>Repetitive, reproducible and easy to
