Full range of pilot equipment at your disposal
Our test center is located at our facilities in Barcelona, where we have a full range of pilot equipment ready for carrying tests like: checking viability and development of new processes, trials of products or scale up of processes from pilot to industrial scale. Thanks to our wide range of pilot equipment available, we offer the possibility to compare the performance of the process between different equipment. This allows the client selecting the most efficient solution based on empiric results.
At the end of the tests, we issue a complete test report with the process information, operative parameters, working procedure, results and recommendations.
We keep confidentiality about all information received, functional parameters, products and results obtained during the tests. We have non-disclosure agreement model to be signed in case that client wants to have a formal document on our secrecy compromise.
Processes available in our test center
- Vacuum drying with different dryers – horizontal paddle dryer, vertical helical dryer, Nutsche dryer and tumbler double cone dryer
- Pressure filtration, washing and vacuum drying with Nutsche filters
- Mixing of solids with different types of mixers – Ploughshare mixer, paddle mixer, vertical ribbon mixer
- Mixing and reaction of liquids, solid with liquids and gas with liquids
- Mixing and reaction of high viscous pastes and semisolids
- Wet grinding
- Continuous deaeration of liquid and viscous products
