At Bachiller, we continue to advance in process solutions specifically designed to meet each customer’s needs. Today, we are pleased to share a new milestone: the manufacture of a SUPRADRY vertical vacuum dryer, model SDV-005, with a 500-liter capacity, made of AISI 316L and featuring a flat bottom.
Our standard design incorporates a conical bottom; however, for this project, the customer required a completely flat bottom to suit their process requirements. Our engineering team developed a fully customized solution while maintaining the SUPRADRY’s key performance features in terms of drying efficiency, heat transfer, and product homogeneity.
We have recently completed the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with excellent results, validating both the performance and robustness of the design. Customer satisfaction confirms our commitment to flexible engineering, adaptability, and in-house design of all our equipment.
This project exemplifies our philosophy: we don’t just manufacture equipment—we design and customize it for each industrial process.
