One of the most recognized pharmaceutical companies in the national field, has entrusted Bachiller to manufacture a 3,500-liter Paddledry MHT-S in AISI-316-L for one of its laboratories.

The Paddledry dryer is a high efficiency dryer, specially designed for products with pseudo-plastic behavior during the reaction and drying phase, with high torque requirements.

Bachiller relies on digitization to solve the problems caused by COVID-19, and that is why we have carried out a remote FAT with our client with all the guarantees.

While our technicians carried out all the necessary steps, as in a face-to-face FAT, the client was able to see all the details, speak with our technicians, and directly verify all the desired information.

A great success that we will repeat in the coming days with several remote FATs programmed.

Bachiller has successfully delivered a 6000 liter TURBODRY MHT-RS to a Benelux company in the food sector.

This equipment is specially designed for vacuum drying applications with high mechanical demands and/or high temperatures. With the body and shaft completely heated to maximize thermal exchange and the paddles rotating at very high speed near the wall, the Turbodry causes high turbulence in the product and its continuous renewal in direct thermal exchange with the wall.

Bachiller has delivered a 6,000-liter Horizontal Paddle Dryer in AISI-316-L to a Spanish chemical company.

The MHT-S equipment is specially designed for vacuum drying Applications with high mechanical demands or high temperatures. The shaft is firmly secured to both side shell with sealing by mechanical seal and rotating at very low speed, providing very high torque, which is especially suitable for high viscosity applications, with pseudo-plastic phases. The equipment may also be designed as a reactor (MHT-R) or as reactor-dryer (MHT-RS), allowing reaction and reaction + vacuum drying operations to be carried out.

Bachiller wins a new contract for a 600 liter cantilever conical dryer, made of AISI-316-L for an environmental company in the Netherlands.

The equipment consists of a vertical conical dryer with cartridge filter, power box and control by means of a touch panel, a vacuum and condensation skid, and a heating system using thermal oil.

The conical dryer was the perfect equipment for our client’s needs, since he needed equipment to dry his product at low temperatures and a complete discharge, maximizing his production.

We are delivering a 1,000 liter Conical Cantilever Dryer, manufactured in AISI-316-L for a Belgian company dedicated to the food industry.

The equipment consists of a vertical conical dryer with cartridge filter, power box and control by touch panel, vacuum and condensation skid, and a thermal oil heating system.

The conical dryer was the perfect equipment for our client’s needs, since he needed equipment to dry his product at low temperatures and a complete discharge, maximizing his production.

In Bachiller we continue working to give an answer to the needs of our customers. That’s why we have a testing laboratory to carry out tests for process development and/or validation of the process, prior to the start of production of the equipment required for such process.
