We are pleased to announce our participation in EXPOSOLIDOS, the International Fair of Technology and Solids Processing.

At our booth, our sales representatives—Pablo Velazquez, Christian San Emeterio Colás, and Samuel Molinero Rubio—will introduce you to the laboratory SUPRAMIX MVC, a compact vertical mixer located in our Test Center in Parets del Vallés. With this equipment, we conduct tests such as evaluating the feasibility and development of new processes, product trials, and scaling processes from pilot plant to industrial scale.

We are thrilled to share with you the time-lapse of the construction of our new facility in Parets del Vallés, Barcelona:

For several months now, we have embarked on a process of expansion and improvement in our facilities, with the goal of increasing production capacity and optimizing workflow.

This expansion includes:

🔸 An assembly facility for process equipment of 1,000 m².
🔸 A new Test Center equipped with a wide range of processing equipment.
🔸 The expansion of our offices, in response to the constant growth of our professional team.

Soon, we will provide you with more details and showcase other highlighted areas of these facilities.

We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of manufacturing three SUPRAMIX helical mixers (model MVC-04) of 4,000 liters to the world leader in the production of gelling agents, thickeners and natural stabilizers.

This equipment will be used to achieve the perfect mixture and homogenization of these food additives.

Prior to the manufacturing of these mixers, we carry out exhaustive tests in our Test Center. This allowed us to scale up from a pilot unit to a 4,000 liter unit, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the process.

At Bachiller, we are proud to collaborate with leading companies in the food industry, and we remain committed to innovation and excellence in every project we undertake.
