At Bachiller, we have completed the manufacturing of a new SUPRADRY SDV-025 vertical vacuum dryer, which will soon be delivered to a well-known national company in the chemical industry.

This compact unit, with a useful volume of 2,500 liters and fully built in AISI 316L, has been specifically designed for drying high-density organic salts. Due to the product’s characteristics, the equipment required a high-torque mechanical design to ensure optimal agitator performance.

Before proceeding with the design and manufacturing, pilot trials were conducted at our Test Center in Parets del Vallés, where it was confirmed that the vertical dryer was the most efficient solution from both a thermal and mechanical perspective. These trials also allowed us to accurately scale the equipment based on the customer’s actual production needs.

This project once again highlights the importance of validating each process under real conditions before building the final equipment, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.

We are pleased to announce the completion of a 2,000-liter SUPRADRY SDV vertical vacuum dryer for an Asian mining company specializing in precious metals.

The installation includes several key components that ensure optimal performance. These include the vacuum dryer, a power and control cabinet with an intuitive touchscreen panel, a heating and cooling skid for precise thermal condition control, an electric chiller, and a vacuum and condensate recovery unit.
