Lifting a 350m³ column to finish the work at height. This column has been commissioned by a major Spanish chemical company and is part of a larger set consisting of an 884m² preheater reactor, a 52m³ tank and a 24.7m³ deaeration tank.

Bachiller is delivering an 88m³ evaporator with a circulation pipe of 12.5 m, both made of titanium, commissioned by a chemical company in Switzerland.

Bachiller closes a new contract for a 780m² stainless steel reactor, working at 600ºC, for a chemical company worldwide well-known.

Thanks to our 50 years’ experience and a great effort of our technical team, Bachiller has gained customer’s trust due to our quality, follow-up and support. The equipment is very complicated and will need a lot of study and design of our engineering team.

Conical Vacuum Dryer Bachiller

Bachiller is delivering a set of three 4.5 m³ conical screw vacuum dryers to a major European pharmaceutical company, at its facilities in East Asia.

The vertical conical vacuum dryer has a sanitary design, with a maximised heating surface, for the drying of all kinds of moist thermo-sensitive, crystalline, amorphous or paste products.

The conical vacuum dryer comprises a fully conical vertical vessel, with a vertical screw mixing and drying system.

These pieces of equipment are equipped with:

• Powder retention filter in the vacuum outlet,
• Choppers for braking lumps or balls of product.
• CIP system validated with riboflavin test,
• Sampling valve,
• Automatic loading and unloading system,
• Condensation, vacuum and heating system.
• Control Hardware and software.

Delivering a 1,860 m² formaldehyde stirred reactor for a major chemical company in the Czech Republic.

Bachiller designs and manufactures all types of stirred reactors in accordance with DIN or ASME regulations, with heating and cooling systems, custom-designed for the process.

• Design range from full vacuum up to 50 bar (g).
• Design temperature from – 50º C up to + 400º C.
• Designed for working in cycles.
• Heating / Cooling by a double jacket, half coils of dimple jacket.
• Internal coils or even heated baffles.
• Agitators are available with the axial flow, radial or combined double flow.

New contract: Heat Exchanger for a customer in the North of Europe.

Bachiller closes a new contract for the replacement of a 905m² heat exchanger in duplex material for a chemical company in the North of Europe.

Bachiller has gained again customer’s trust due to quality, support & prices. Another project where we played an important role thanks to the efforts of our whole Bachiller team.

Bachiller closes the contract for the manufacture of a new 2,000L Sanitary Vacuum Paddledryer SANIDRY for a major German chemical company.

Once again, the customer has valued the technical support and commercial monitoring offered by our company, collaborating with calculations and configurations reviews of the equipment.

The manufacture of the equipment, made to measure, will begin in the next weeks.

THE EQUIPMENT
