Bachiller has manufactured two 1,000 liter Bachmix Compact in ATEX 0 version, for a highly recognized chemical multinational located in Singapore.
The function of these vacuum mixer-reactors will be to homogenize and disperse a high-viscosity product, allowing the addition of pigments in the mixture through controlled vacuum and with a process temperature of 160 degrees.
In addition, the Bachmix Compact mixers will allow a cooling control of 3 degrees per hour.
Bachiller has manufactured two BACHMIX-R recirculating vacuum mixers, with a volume of 10,000L, for an important Spanish cosmetic company.
The Bachmix-R-type vacuum-based blender-homogenizer allows a wide range of operations for high viscosity homogenizations and fine emulsions, integrating vacuum and pressure operations, clean in place washing and sterilization that represent a technological advance in the manufacture of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and chemistry.
The Bachmix R controls all process parameters such as agitation velocities, temperature and vacuum/pressure. The slow-slow coaxial agitator or the Helix-type helicoid, combined with the new rotor-stator homogenizer with internal/external recirculation HRB-type with adjustable GAP, allows stable high fineness emulsions and high viscosity product and complex rheology.

Bachiller has delivered a 5,000-liter BACHMIX, an industrial vacuum mixing reactor for high-viscosity liquids and semi-solids, to a multinational chemical manufacturer of putties and adhesives for the automotive sector.
The equipment allows a wide range of process operations to be carried out, such as: Reaction, mixing, homogenization, dispersion, emulsion and deaeration, all thanks to its versatile coaxial stirring assembly.
A FAT has been carried out on the BACHMIX, reviewing all the parameters of functionality, performance and quality, in accordance with all the protocols. All these procedures have been documented and recorded, so that our client had all the necessary information to approve the shipment of the equipment to their facilities.
FAT tests are generally performed together with the client, but due to these unusual times, we have had to update our working method.
This successful approach is setting a promising example for alternative work procedures in the future.
