We are finalizing the details of a 3,000L pharmaceutical facility for the production of suspensions and solutions, in ATEX 1 version, for a major Algerian pharmaceutical company.

The plant is composed of premix tanks, manufacturing tanks, storage tanks, CIP washing unit assembly and SIP steam sterilization, all controlled from the Siemens Wincc CFR21 part 11 monitoring system.

Bachiller signs a new contract for the manufacture of two Bachlab, laboratory vacuum mixers and reactors for liquids and pastes, for a French aerospace engineering.

The process equipment includes the vessels in AISI 316L, coaxial mixing tools, a high shear rotor-stator agitator, the heating/cooling and vacuum systems. The entire loading and unloading process is fully automated and the CIP system is already integrated, facilitating the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

The Bachlab laboratory mixer reactor is a robust and reliable machine, characterised by the automatic lifting and turning of the lid for easy access to the interior of the reactor, designed in accordance to the most demanding GMP and EHEDG standards. It includes strict ergonomic criteria that facilitate the work of the operator.

This machines will be used for the manufacture of special coatings, which will soon be ploughing through the vastness of outer space. Good trip!

Bachiller is working on a baby food installation commissioned by a Spanish food company. The liquid processing equipment is composed of a 300Lts Bachmix Fixed, a 600Lts Melter and a Colloidal Mill, all in 316L steel, and stainless steel pipes, valves, two transfer pumps and a vacuum pump. All mounted on a 304 steel platform.

New contract: installation of sugar glaze production line for the American market.

Bachiller is designing and manufacturing sugar glaze production facilities for a well-known international brand. The installation is designed as a modular process skids to be easily transported and installed at the customer´s site in a shorter time.

It is composed of several powder mixers, liquid processing equipment, CIP system, automatic loading and unloading hoppers and automatic product conveyors.

Setting up of a CIP (Clean In Place) System for a Spanish pharmaceutical company specialized in the oral healthcare sector.

This cleaning unit is specially designed for the cleaning of process vessels in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries with reduced water loss.

It consists of a cleaning system in stages which rinses with clean water, hot water, reclaimed water, purified water, diluted acid, diluted soda or disinfectant solution, depending on the application.
