We have manufactured a 1,346 m² titanium falling film evaporator for a Central European Engineering company specializing in the design and construction of chemical projects and plants.. This equipment will be installed in South Korea.

We design and manufacture custom-made shell and tube heat exchangers in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), in accordance with the leading international mechanical design codes, utilizing the latest design software and according to the specific requirements of our clients.

Our construction materials include austenitic stainless steels, super austenitic stainless steels, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys and superalloys, titanium, and cladding.

We have manufactured a pressure vessel in AISI-316 and titanium for a German chemical multinational.

The equipment manufactured with the design code AD 2000 + PED 2014/68/EU, has dimensions of 3,600 x 13,000 mm and a weight of 30 tons.

We design and manufacture all kinds of tailor-made pressure vessels, such as tanks, reactors, collectors, etc. according to the main international mechanical design codes, using the ultimate design software and according to the particular specifications of the client.

We are delivering two 65m3 and 45m3 diluters, with agitation, half pipe and internal coils for a renowned Italian chemical multinational, dedicated to the manufacture of composites and coatings.

The material used to manufacture these equipment is AISI-304-L.

Before formalizing the delivery, agitation tests have been carried out on the equipment to verify that the assembly between the diluters and the agitators works correctly.
