We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of manufacturing three SUPRAMIX helical mixers (model MVC-04) of 4,000 liters to the world leader in the production of gelling agents, thickeners and natural stabilizers.

This equipment will be used to achieve the perfect mixture and homogenization of these food additives.

Prior to the manufacturing of these mixers, we carry out exhaustive tests in our Test Center. This allowed us to scale up from a pilot unit to a 4,000 liter unit, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the process.

A renowned national company in the fine chemicals sector has trusted Bachiller for the manufacture of four Nutsche Filter Dryers (2x FNB-02S and 2x FNB-04S) in SAF-2205 stainless steel.

In this collaboration, our client was looking for GMP-compliant equipment for its two API production lines. The Nutsche Filter Dryers have proven to be the perfect solution for our client’s needs, allowing all the required processes to be carried out in a single machine and with high efficiency, validated in our laboratory.

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed the manufacturing of two nutsche filter dryers (FNB-1.5S and FNB-3-S) for a highly recognized pharmaceutical company in France.

These specialized equipment will be of great importance to our client as they play a crucial role in enhancing the API manufacturing process. We have manufactured a 1,346 m² titanium falling film evaporator for a Central European Engineering company specializing in the design and construction of chemical projects and plants.. This equipment will be installed in South Korea.

We design and manufacture custom-made shell and tube heat exchangers in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), in accordance with the leading international mechanical design codes, utilizing the latest design software and according to the specific requirements of our clients.

Our construction materials include austenitic stainless steels, super austenitic stainless steels, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys and superalloys, titanium, and cladding.

Recently, we have completed the manufacture of a vacuum paddle dryer for a leading multinational company in the chemical industry. This equipment has a sanitary design and a capacity of 7,000 liters in AISI-316-L.

The installation consists of several key components that ensure optimum performance. It includes the vacuum dryer with two intensifiers, a cartridge filter, a power and control panel equipped with an intuitive touch panel, a heating and cooling skid to control thermal conditions, an electric chiller and a vacuum and condensate recovery unit.

Before implementing this solution on an industrial scale, we conducted rigorous tests in our Test Center. Through precise simulations, we were able to adjust the process to the customer’s specific needs and achieve the desired results. Only when we were sure of the efficiency and reliability of the equipment, we proceeded to scale it up to the standard dimensions required for industrial applications.

We are pleased to inform you that we have in stock a 1,000 L Conical Dryer in AISI-316-L.

This equipment has a vacuum  and solvent recovery skid, heating unit and power and control box.

We have manufactured a pressure vessel in AISI-316 and titanium for a German chemical multinational.

The equipment manufactured with the design code AD 2000 + PED 2014/68/EU, has dimensions of 3,600 x 13,000 mm and a weight of 30 tons.

We design and manufacture all kinds of tailor-made pressure vessels, such as tanks, reactors, collectors, etc. according to the main international mechanical design codes, using the ultimate design software and according to the particular specifications of the client.

We have just supplied a skid-mounted unit for the vacuum drying of monohydrated lithium hydroxide crystals for a North American chemical multinational.

The “plug-and-play” unit is composed of a 30 liter BICUUM MBC-S rotary vacuum dryer equipped with all the necessary peripheral equipment required for an eficient vacuum drying operation, with automated control System of the process through touch panel, vacuum and sovent recovery unit, thermal oil heating unit and chilled water generator. The equipment is installed on a frame with adjustable legs, with all necessary connection pipes, instruments and wiring, required for its correct operation.
