A Spanish API manufacturer has relied on Bachiller for the manufacture of a complete turnkey API production plant by the third time.

Conical Vacuum Dryer Bachiller

Bachiller is delivering a set of three 4.5 m³ conical screw vacuum dryers to a major European pharmaceutical company, at its facilities in East Asia.

The vertical conical vacuum dryer has a sanitary design, with a maximised heating surface, for the drying of all kinds of moist thermo-sensitive, crystalline, amorphous or paste products.

The conical vacuum dryer comprises a fully conical vertical vessel, with a vertical screw mixing and drying system.

Bachiller closes a new contract for the manufacture of a new mixer for an active ingredients company in France.

The Supramix vertical spiral solid mixer by Bachiller, is especially suitable for the mixing and industrial homogenisation in short time of powdery products and those with similar particle sizes, respecting the morphology of the products and offering a complete discharge. It allows liquids to be added during the process.

The Supramix solid mixer consists of a vertical mixing spiral, rotating at a moderate speed to achieve an upward flow of perimeter product and a central downward flow.
