Delivered…

Two columns of 19m³ and 14m³, in 316L with an internal coil, for the Spanish subsidiary of a well-known international chemical (fragrances and aroma) company.

These pieces of process equipment are part of a larger set consisting of two columns and two horizontal pressure vessels of 28m³ and 20m³, also in 316L.

We are finalizing the details of a 3,000L pharmaceutical facility for the production of suspensions and solutions, in ATEX 1 version, for a major Algerian pharmaceutical company.

The plant is composed of premix tanks, manufacturing tanks, storage tanks, CIP washing unit assembly and SIP steam sterilization, all controlled from the Siemens Wincc CFR21 part 11 monitoring system.

Powtech 2019. It has been 3 days full of meetings, visits, conversations and work, a lot of work.

Thanks to all of you who have been at our stand consulting about our process equipment for filtering, vacuum drying and solid mixing, and to those who have collaborated with our Unicef initiative.

We are attending the PCH Meetings Lyon, the International business convention for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Petrochemical Industries, with our latest process equipment and GMP Installations.

Work in Progress…

Bachiller is working on a baby food installation commissioned by a Spanish food company. The liquid processing equipment is composed of a 300Lts Bachmix Fixed, a 600Lts Melter and a Colloidal Mill, all in 316L steel, and stainless steel pipes, valves, two transfer pumps and a vacuum pump. All mounted on a 304 steel platform.

Bachiller closes a new contract for a 780m² stainless steel reactor, working at 600ºC, for a chemical company worldwide well-known.

Thanks to our 50 years’ experience and a great effort of our technical team, Bachiller has gained customer’s trust due to our quality, follow-up and support. The equipment is very complicated and will need a lot of study and design of our engineering team.

New contract: installation of sugar glaze production line for the American market.

Bachiller is designing and manufacturing sugar glaze production facilities for a well-known international brand. The installation is designed as a modular process skids to be easily transported and installed at the customer´s site in a shorter time.

It is composed of several powder mixers, liquid processing equipment, CIP system, automatic loading and unloading hoppers and automatic product conveyors.
