We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of manufacturing three SUPRAMIX helical mixers (model MVC-04) of 4,000 liters to the world leader in the production of gelling agents, thickeners and natural stabilizers.

This equipment will be used to achieve the perfect mixture and homogenization of these food additives.

Prior to the manufacturing of these mixers, we carry out exhaustive tests in our Test Center. This allowed us to scale up from a pilot unit to a 4,000 liter unit, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the process.

Bachiller has manufactured a 6,000 liter MBC Double Cone Mixer for an important multinational in the chemical sector.

The AISI-304L mixer will allow our client to homogenize granulated batches.

The mixture requires a particularly gentle and effective treatment with ratio rates between compounds of up to 1: 10,000.

This equipment is made up of two truncated cones joined together by a cylindrical body, that rotates on its transverse axis, causing the product to mix with the rotation driven by a reducer motor.
