Optimizing mixing in the Food Industry

SUPRAMIX

Recently, we manufactured two SUPRAMIX MVC-040 Vertical Mixers, made of AISI-316L, for a renowned national company in the food sector.

These two identical units, with a 4,000-liter capacity, have been acquired for mixing spices, additives, and seasonings. The company, which previously used V-shaped mixers, decided to switch after experiencing the superior performance and enhanced CIP cleaning system of the SUPRAMIX, highlighting its ability to:

✅ Significantly reduce mixing time, optimizing the production process.
✅ Improve homogeneity, achieving a more efficient mix with products of different particle sizes and bulk densities.
✅ Preserve product integrity, minimizing degradation.

After some time in operation, the results have been excellent, and the client has confirmed a substantial improvement in their process.

Two SUPRAMIX MVC-015 Mixers for a North American Client

We are pleased to announce the manufacture of two SUPRAMIX MVC-015 mixers, constructed from AISI-304-L stainless steel, for a prestigious North American company dedicated to the production of detergents and fabric softeners.

Each of these mixers has a capacity of 1,500 liters, providing the robustness and reliability necessary for our client’s operations. The second mixer is currently in the manufacturing process and is expected to be completed soon. Meanwhile, the first one has already been shipped and is on its way to the client’s facility, ready to start contributing to their production processes.

These units are designed with a liquid addition system, allowing the incorporation of fragrances directly into the detergent during the mixing process. This feature is key to ensuring the homogeneity and quality of the final product.

Before proceeding with manufacturing, we conducted rigorous tests at our Test Center located in Parets del Vallés. These tests were crucial for identifying the most suitable equipment for our client’s specific mixing needs and determining the optimal configuration to ensure maximum performance and efficiency of the mixers.

For several months now, we have embarked on a process of expansion and improvement in our facilities, with the goal of increasing production capacity and optimizing workflow.

This expansion includes:

🔸 An assembly facility for process equipment of 1,000 m².
🔸 A new Test Center equipped with a wide range of processing equipment.
🔸 The expansion of our offices, in response to the constant growth of our professional team.
